About us
ASSIST Ltd. was registered on 21.01.2001 as a private Bulgarian company. The company was born at the same time when the owners invested in own facility with offices in blvd. Evropa 176, Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria. The driving force was the idea of a technology transfer for assembly and production of sectional garage doors with a special software and huge stock of all panels and accessories. This became possible with the Canadian technology and know-how of Richards Wilcox who has history and experience since 1912.

Does the company ASSIST have statement from fire brigade for sales of automatic doors to construction sites in Bulgaria?
YES, ASSIST is the official partner of ASSA ABLOY for sales,installation and maintenance of all kinds of automatic doors in Bulgaria. The fire brigade in Sofia has overviewd all documents and certificates and has approved automatic doors of Besam as suitable for escape routes.
What are maximum possible dimensions of clear opening of sliding door from Besam?
The clear opening of Besam sliding door configuration is a matter of design, project vision and customer needs. Of course, the bigger the doors , the energy saving is less. Limitations are alsways a fact to be considered carefully with the participation of the investor and end user.
The automatic door was out of order for some time. How can I make it operational again?
No special interventions are needed in general. By all means the battery must be recharged or changed if it is not functional anymore. This will be needed if the door has not worked for long time. After restart of the automatic door maybe needed manual help to the wings for their first movement in opening and closing. If the system indicates mistake , call official service technician from ASSIST.
